Workmail account stopped working

one of my workmail accounts has stopped receiving and sending. It also no longer allows logins from email clients. Login only available directly into workmail, but still not able to send or receive. When sending mail to this account I sometimes get a message like this: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender from amazonses.com An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: alicia@alicia-moss.com 2023-11-16 16:21:51 : An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients: alicia@alicia-moss.com This account used to work fine. Nothing changed. I am able to login directly to workmail but not with email client. It says the password is wrong even though I use the same credentials in workmail successfully. What is going on?
