AWS CloudFront not returning headers provided in Response Header Policy

Question

I have created a CloudFront Distribution, and I had added custom Origin request and cache policy, which are working fine.

Now, recently (15 Feb, 2024) I had added "Response Header Policy" in which I've added a custom header and CORS headers, But when I perform the request to the CloudFront, the Headers mentioned in the policy are not returned. I

Note: When I was experimenting it in November, 2023. It was working. and then, I planned to apply it later.

Did anything change recently? Do I need to add something more?

No changes have been made recently for CloudFront response headers policies.

We would recommend you raise a case with AWS support to investigate further. Please provide them the x-amz-cf-id response headers (CF Request IDs) for your test results.
