Hi,
I want to be notified by mail whenever there are new package updates available for amazon linux 2. To do this i've used AWS SNS to subscribe to these notifications. I've subscribed to the following topic:
arn:aws:sns:us-east-1:137112412989:amazon-linux-2023-ami-updates
I've received one notification so far, but for the latest package update i didn't get any notification. This update is minor and concerns only two packages of which neither are security related.
Does amazon-linux-2023-ami-updates only send out notifications for large updates? If so is there another subscription i can subscribe to that allows me to get a notification for both minor and large updates? All i could find was this documentation.
Yes i understand this, but my question is if there is another SNS that does notify you of other available updates?
I don't think there are any other social networking sites that notify you of other updates.
