MTurk Credit Increase -- need an immediate answer

I'm trying to publish a batch on MTurk, and I get this error message: You have exceeded your monthly credit limit, please contact us to request a limit increase on your AWS MTurk account for your expected usage, or see our FAQs to learn more.

I have submitted a case, but I really need to know when this issue will be resolved. How am I supposed to know if they have received the support request and when it is expected to be resolved?

You should be able to view your service quota in the Service Quotas console.

https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/servicequotas/home/dashboard

On the left select "AWS services", then search in the main pane for 'turk'.

Clicking on the result you should see both your utilization and the currently applied quota. In the upper right you can "Request Increase at Account Level".

Further, on the left you can click "Quota Request History" to track you requests and see the status.
