Can't access to Data Base with the master user.

Hi, I am using a master user to connect to instance but when I try to access one of the Database it sends me this message.

The server principal "ABC" is not able to access the database "MyDataBase" under the current security context.

What database are you using?
For Microsoft SQLserver, please check whether the user is mapped to the DB as shown in the StackOverflow answer below.

    I am using SQLServer on AWS-RDS. The user that I am using is mapping as owner in the database, but I can't access.
