Wordpress WP-Admin link not working

I had created a new instance with snapshot of my backup. On trying to access wordpress WP-admin link, its not working.

I tried accessing below links <IPaddress> <IPaddress>/Wp-admin <IPaddress>/wp-login

None of them worked.

On all attempts, below message was seen.

This site can’t be reached54.227.49.40 refused to connect. Try: Checking the connection Checking the proxy and the firewall ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Please help
