Work Mail API to fetch inbox

Question

We working on the integration of WorkMail with IOS Mobile App. We needed to show all user's mail in the App. Before Workmail we were using Google WorkSpace.  
There we used `gmail.users.messages.list` to get all mails from the inbox for a user. 
Is there any API or SDK functions available in AWS WorkMail?

Any option without EWS?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in WorkMail. For programmatic Mailbox access WorkMail you can use its EWS end-point to access mailboxes. Here are some examples in [python](https://pypi.org/project/exchangelib/) or [java](https://github.com/OfficeDev/ews-java-api). WorkMail recently also release [Impersonation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/workmail/latest/adminguide/using-impersonation-roles.html) allowing for mailbox access via access roles.
