Cloudfront and Route53 not connecting showing 403 error

I have created a bucket to host website and created cloudfront for distribution and trying to access s3 website from cloudfront link eg. some_number.cloudfront.net but getting the console output of 403 error. Please tell me how i can fix that

Does your bucket allow public access?

No it don't allow public access. I have taken reference from a youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bmuoqo_JY4g&t=390s

First, please review the following documents in order from top to bottom.
A common mistake is to misconfigure the bucket policy.
