Amazon Kinesis Video Streams WebRTC pricing has a price for 'Active signaling channels' and another price for 'Signaling messages'.

Is the process of Amazon Kinesis Video Streams WebRTC data ingest and storing considered a 'Signaling message'?
and therefore, subject to 'Signaling messages' pricing?

Ingestion is quite distinct from that. Ingestion costs for the WebRTC ingestion feature are not yet specified on the KVS pricing page.
