Workdocs Drive does not open

We have multiple users that cannot use WorkDoc Drive. When launching the program nothing happens any longer, they cannot see anything in the file explorer. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but no change, I also freshly installed this on a test computer and it had the same behavior. I had one user sign into the website to which they said they are able to log-in to WorkDocs online, but when I try to open the ledger it prompts the Drive app which then does not open. With the WorkDocs being at end of life our users really need the functionality to use the drive, any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
