How to stop WAF cost bills

I have rechecked I don't have any I haven't set up any AWS WAF. Even not able to see under WAF any resource. I am getting lots of bills hourly based for Global-RuleV2 and AWS WAF Global-WebACLV2. how can I avoid WAF bills ? FYI I am only using Lambda services mainly

Hello.

Please change the region to "Global" from the AWS WAF WebACL console and check.
I think there are probably some WebACLs left to use with CloudFront.
If it remains, try deleting it.
