Hi there, your best bet if you are in an enterprise environment (i.e. your employer's AWS account) is to track down who manages/creates the AWS accounts. They would be able to guide you to the AWS account team for the organization. Another way if you have business/enterprise support for the AWS account is to cut a support case and submit the query for the AWS contacts.
