Hi,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with receiving mails from the Apple relays. Are these the only mails you're missing? If you're missing more messages I would advise to verify your MX record and SES Inbound rule set. If that is all correct you can enable message logging to see if message arrive on the WorkMail side. If you have configured DMARC to drop messages and DMARC is enabled in your WorkMail organization, it might be the reason messages are not be delivered.
