I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue with my AWS account. I am currently unable to perform certain actions in the AWS Management Console due to permission restrictions. The console displays a message instructing me to contact my account administrator. However, I am unsure who the designated administrator is for my account. Could you please help me identify the account administrator or provide guidance on how to proceed with obtaining the necessary permissions? I appreciate your responses.

Hi Armita,

If you click on your name/role in the upper right hand corner of the console you should see a menu option for Account. If you select that option, you should see a page including contact information for the account. Additionally you could check the users in IAM to see if any are assinged roles with "Admin" in the name, if you are able to view IAM users that is a likely place to identify an admin.   • this error prevents me: "You don't have the account:GetContactInformation permission required to view your account's contact information. Ask your administrator to add permission. "by the way i am a prequalified AWS AI & ML Scholarship. i should have $25 budget for this program, i learn through Udacity.
