Why "Close Account" does not work, even if it confirms the account will be closed ?

hi, For the last 24 hours I tried to close my AWS account - following the indicated procedure. When I push the button "Close Account" I receve the comment that "Your request to close your AWS account was submitted successfully".

However I did not receive any email notification, and the following next day the "Close Account" button is still active like nothing happens.

Who do I have to contact from support, so that to close my account ?

Please review the account status by submitting the ticket through support center and select the Topic Account and Billing and add all the information and submit the ticket.
