How I can reactivate our customer's suspended account?

Hello AWS Team, How can I reactivate our customer's suspended account after our customer provide full information about invoices, company information as well as other types of paper. Thank you!

Hello.
You will need to activate your account by opening a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" as described in this document.
