Getting "No Matching EC2 VPC Endpoint found" error

I can't say because I haven't seen the Terraform code you're using, but there may be a problem with the part that creates the VPC endpoint or the part that references the VPC endpoint.
For example, if a resource that references a VPC endpoint is created before the VPC endpoint, an error may occur.
