The AWS Managed Microsoft AD automated snapshot backups are not listed in the customer's CloudTrail logs. If a customer calls the CreateSnapshot API for a manual snapshot back it will be logged in their account. As per the shared responsibility model with AWS, AWS is responsible to ensure the automated backups are occurring daily.
