No response to support case

Good morning,

I'm currently unable to create EC2 instances due to a block on my account. I've opened a case 4 days ago now but there has been no response. I'm writing this in the hopes someone can take a look at my case and resolve or escalate the issue.

Apologies for the concern regarding your account. I located your case on my end and shared your feedback internally with Support for review. It looks like Support responded recently with instructions on how to proceed. I recommend reviewing the instructions provided and responding to Support via your case.
