Unassigned ticket for more than 31.5 working hours

We have reached out to AWS Technical support more than 31.5 working hours ago for Case ID 9505290951 but the ticket status remains "unassigned". We have a system issue but have received no updates, not even on whether it is being investigated or not. Can someone please assist urgently.
