DocumentDB free trial

Hello,

Currently, in billing, we have the service: "Amazon DocumentDB (with MongoDB compatibility)" in the column "AWS Free Tier usage limit": "5.0 GB-Mo for free per month during a short-term trial as part of AWS Free Usage Tier (Global-BackupUsage)" with a value in "current usage" of "5 GB-Mo" and a usage percentage: MTD actual usage %: 100.0% MTD forecasted usage %: 106.9%

The issue is that we don't have any instances or screenshots created in the DocumentDB dashboard. Several years ago, we used the service for a series of tests, but currently, it's not being used at all.

How can we disassociate the service?

Hello.

I think it's probably the fee for DocumentDB backup.
Please also check the fields such as "Manual Snapshot" from the snapshot screen as shown in the image below.
Also, be sure to check all regions.

Hello,

Thank you for you response. We have clean the documentDB panel, we has removed unitl the vpc and parameter groups but this still. Have a difference, the "MTD forecasted usage %" have a new value: 103.33%, something is changing it. I'll create a case.
