How I can open my account I provided all document that AWS verification team required. After that they send me this message:

"As per our service team's update there are some pending actions left in the related account. Please check all the emails you own for any information related to that account. The pending actions in that account needs to be completed in order to reinstate this account, please complete the pending actions in the related account. Once all the pending actions and dues are cleared in that account we can look forward to reinstate the account. We value your feedback. Please share your experience by rating this and other correspondences in the AWS Support Center. You can rate a correspondence by selecting the stars in the top right corner of the correspondence. "

I checked other accounts but all other accounts is closed by AWS What I should do to open account ?
