Can't get rid of the AMI which is in the recycle bin for 1 year

I deregistered an AMI and I deleted the snapshot of it . Then I wanted to recover it but I couldn't because the snapshot was not present on the Recycle Bin for snapshots. Now there is only a AMI in the recycle bin which I can't recover because the snapshot is missing for no good reason which should have been saved in to the recycle bin. I can't delete or recover the AMI it is just stuck and bin exit date is 27 August 2024 is there a way to get rid of it before the bin exit date ? Thanks in advance for your help
