Hello, my Windows instance i-024c44593d94eaf63 after being unreachable and trying to restart it has been stuck in the "stopping" state for a good 20-30 minutes. Force stopping has no effect. It's Urgent !!!

Now the instance is restarted. I have been waiting 40 minutes but now all seems working
