Files not getting uploaded into Document section in AWS Blu Sight

I am not able upload a document or create any folder in DOCUMENT in ASW Blu Age Insight

Check with your IT if this is not blocked by your company policies.
Do you have any errors displayed in AWS Blu Insights UI or in the console (inspect the page)?
Did you try with different files?
In which service are you facing the issue (Codebase, To-Dos...)?

Since it was working fine for very long time there is no Company policy restriction. No error messages; Just a blank screen When tried under eu-central-1 it is working fine but it wasn't under eu-west-3
