Hello.
How about upgrading RDS MySQL version to 8.0.34 and then migrating to Aurora MySQL?
Currently, Aurora does not have a version compatible with MySQL 8.0.33, so I thought it would be best to upgrade to 8.0.34 before migrating.

Hello, thank you. I had the same idea BUT what I have is a snapshot of RDS MySQL and when I try to recover it it says I need to increase allocate memory. Memory which it does not allow to increase (field grey not modicable) so actually snapshot impossible to recover and consequently to upgrade.. Any idea? Many thanks

Does the RDS instance that is the source of the snapshot remain? In that case, why not try upgrading the RDS instance as is instead of using a snapshot? https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/USER_UpgradeDBInstance.MySQL.html#USER_UpgradeDBInstance.MySQL.Upgrading
