Hello.

Does this mean that the EC2 instance cannot be found from the management console?
Please follow the steps in the document below to change the region of the management console to the region where you created EC2, and then check the console.
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/awsconsolehelpdocs/latest/gsg/select-region.html

You can also open the global view from the URL below and search for the region where EC2 is located in your AWS account.
https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2globalview/home

Judging from the results below, we predict that it is an EC2 created in the "ap-southeast-1" region based on the domain name.

dig -x 54.255.112.164

Your question is a bit less than clear, but this info should help you understand Public IPs in AWS. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/using-instance-addressing.html#concepts-public-addresses

And a bit further down the page, this section will help you locate the IP address(es) in the console. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/using-instance-addressing.html#working-with-ip-addresses

Hope this helps!
