Bedrock Knowledge Base storage configuration invalid

0

I've started having all sorts of trouble with creating Bedrock Knowledge Bases. As a complete newbie it worked pretty much first time for me straight out of the gates a few weeks ago and I was quite easily able to create a KB using my Pinecone vector store. Then I started having trouble a few days ago with it reading new embeddings so I decided to trash my KB and Pinecone vector store and start fresh. Now no matter what I do I get the following error message:

**"The knowledge base storage configuration provided is invalid, please check your configuration." **

Also a similar story with Redis and MongoDB Atlas.

I'm trying to keep everything at defaults through the wizard, no special permissions or settings on the S3 bucket. I've double checked my embeddings settings (dimensions=1536, cosine) but nothing helps. Is anyone experiencing similar?

I had been making great progress until now :-(

Hi,

There is a detailed blog by a Pinecone on this, please refer this here. Kindly compare with the steps mentioned, maybe you would be able to find out the reason it doesn't work.

Hope this helps!

Thanks, Rama

Thanks Rama, I found that I had some issues with keys for my S3 buckets I was trying to add. I regenerated keys and tried again and was able to continue with Pinecone.
