Billing forecast information

Hi, I'm confused with the Billing and Cost Management, especially the "Total forecasted cost for current month". Even though I've stopped and deleted all my resources already, the forecasted cost keeps increasing. I'm worried about the bill I need to pay. When I navigate to the "Cost Explorer" section and filter by "Usage type" I still see the total cost is 0$ makes me even more confused. So how to deal with this?

I reviewed

  1. data transfer costs or storage charges => There are no such services active (storage gateway, AWS transfer family)
  2. Also reviewed the cost breakdown in the Cost Explorer section => total cost is 0$, that's why I am confused.
