Hello,
I am glad to inform you that EMR Studio now supports the Graviton Instances, It is also mentioned in the EMR Studio Documentation as below :
Clusters that use Amazon EC2 instances based on AWS Graviton2 for Amazon EMR 6.x releases lower than 6.9.0, and 5.x releases lower than 5.36.1
Above EMR Documentation states that EMR Studio does not support clusters that use Amazon EC2 instances based on AWS Graviton2 for Amazon EMR 6.x releases lower than 6.9.0, and 5.x releases lower than 5.36.1.
Thus, You can launch EMR cluster (>= version 6.9.0 or 5.36.1) with JupyterEnterpriseGateway, which have graviton instances and attach it to EMR studio successfully.
I hope the above information was helpful to you. Thanks for asking your questions and I'm happy to help you further.
Hope you have a great day.
