Unable to configure Emr studio reaching to internet even though NAT provisioned.

I would like to configure internet access to the EMR notebook to clone public facing github repo. However I checked the private subnet that enabled NAT and no blocker in terms of SG. Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
Yes, that was a connected timedout exception. We were able to solve it by whitelisting the studio's outbound request in the organization firewall. Thank you very much for your valuable suggestion.
