Amazon Connect Task - Supervisor Escalation with Monitor/Barge

Hello - I'm looking for some feedback on how to implement monitor/barge into a supervisor escalation task. The task I created for negative sentiment works fine but the agent workspace only has a link to the CTR record for the supervisor. I'm looking for a way to add monitor/barge capability within the task without the supervisor having to click back to the real-time agent reports. Is this possible?
