How can I resolve issues with ESA Snap on my AWS EC2 Windows Instance?

I have been trying to run ESA Snap on my EC2 Windows instance and I'm having some errors when trying to open files/products in the Snap program. I contacted ESA via their STEP forums to try and resolve the issue to which I was asked to contact Amazon or AW support to see why am I able to use Snap on my local machine without issues but the same program on the instance is unable to open the files I need.
