I am using Email Client to send emails, But emails are bounced, and when I check log files, the above issue was listed in that.

Pls help. How we can fix this issue.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems sending mail. This error is returned when you have reached the sending limit of your account. Are you using a custom domain or the free awsapps.com domain? The free awsapps.com domain has a very low limit.

Reply# No we are using our own domains, And all domains are verified, All records are added in the DNS zone to verify # Domain ownership, WorkMail configuration, Improved security, and Improved email delivery.

Que # What is sending limit per hour for the WorkMail account?

Hi,

If you're using a custom domain you can still be over the allowed sending limit. Have you been sending a lot of mail? I can be that your account has been limited due to abuse concerns. If this is the case please check you Personal health dashboard in your AWS account for a reach out message.
