charged $54.19. Never used AWS Elastic except for a coursera course

Question

I had completed a Coursera course "Industrial IoT Fundamentals on AWS" where i could use some AWS products free.

Now, after many months i received a $54.19 bill. I also had many free credits but the expired. 
I would like to have this 54.19 bill erased as i never used AWS elastic outside of this Coursera boundaries.

We recommend that you open a case with AWS Support under "Account and billing" and consult with them.

It is not clear if they will guarantee the full amount, but they may partially guarantee it.
