Ec2Config enable UserData on reboot

Hi,

We have a template instance that we use to the create multiple child instances using a special json files with specific user data that is used when creating certain instances. In order for this user data to work, of course, the "Enable UserData execution" has to be checked in the Ec2 Config Service settings. However, when the template machine is shut down, if my colleagues forget to enable this in the Ec2 Config, then our child instances do not work properly because the user data is not enabled.

I've searched and have come up with no easy way to simply re-enable the User Data checkbox in the Ec2 Config automatically when the parent instance is rebooted. Any suggestions from anyone?
