Is there solution to receive a call with Connect SDK, not aws-connect-streams-api

Question

Hello, I'm quite new to develop aws connect and stream api. I've tried to create an outbound call with connect.startOutboundVoiceContact for Lambda function and I can call to the customer number successfully. However, I want to create a new API to receive or hold a call, is there any solution to do its with Connect SDK? If not, so how to use aws-connect-streams-api in Lambda function.

[Connect APIs](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/connect/latest/APIReference/Welcome.html) doesn't have a startInbound contact action to programatically receive a call.

For that (accept calls from the agent PoV) you have to use the [Amazon-connect-streams API](https://github.com/amazon-connect/amazon-connect-streams). I leave this [Workshop](https://catalog.us-east-1.prod.workshops.aws/workshops/e507e74d-d816-4808-94c5-58abc598c40b/en-US/7-exercise-3) where you can see how to do it (Section 3). (It uses the [contact.accept()](https://github.com/amazon-connect/amazon-connect-streams/blob/master/Documentation.md#contactaccept) API).

Another approach is to create a **Click to Call button** for your final users. So they will be able to click the button and places themselves for an outbound call for connect.
