Locked out of ubuntu server after installing OpenSSL

Hi,

I just got locked out of my lightsail instance after installing OpenSSL without keeping the Port 22 Open,Now I'm not able to access my instance's FTP or SSH, Is there any possible way to recover the access or allow the port without SSH.

Please check if TCP port 22 is open in the instance's Network settings.

(replace REGION & INSTANCE_NAME with appropriate values):
