Stack stuck in 'UPDATE_ROLLBACK_COMPLETE_CLEANUP_IN_PROGRESS' for over 24h

Hi there,

I have a stack that's been stuck in the 'UPDATE_ROLLBACK_COMPLETE_CLEANUP_IN_PROGRESS' state for a while. I'm hoping someone from support can give it a nudge. The ARN is arn:aws:cloudformation:ap-southeast-2:977889831636:stack/qualification-service-experimental-APINestedStack-TZ82DS8KCZ7L/a886d8b0-db35-11e9-b51e-0620fb4f1fdc.

Didn't get any help in time so I just deleted the parent stack and redeployed :(
