The way I read the Apple article is that apps in the Apple store need to provide user initiated deletion. You will need to write that function within your app using the using the DeleteIdentities API, https://docs.aws.amazon.com/cognitoidentity/latest/APIReference/API_DeleteIdentities.html.

According to Apple docs, AWS should invoke the revoke endpoint (POST https://appleid.apple.com/auth/revoke) in order to invalidate the tokens and associated user authorizations ( https://developer.apple.com/documentation/sign_in_with_apple/revoke_tokens ). My app is currently using AWS-Amplifies' deleteUser API (https://docs.amplify.aws/lib/auth/delete_user/q/platform/js/) and it doesn't appear to invoke this revocation request. Will DeleteIdentities API do that? PS: thanks for the help
