Farm Remote Desktop Windows 2019 - Can not create user profile disk in fsx

Hi, I've created a shared folder in fsx how repository for Virtual Disk When I tried to create the template VHD it show this error message "Could not create the template VHD. Error Message: Unable to connect to WMI on server "dns name fsx", error The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) From same server with command "net use " works fine. Thanks
