CodeStar CLI - Create CodeStar Project without creating GitHub Repo

As of the moment, **aws codestar create-project --cli-input-json** creates a GitHub repo every time, would be good to have an option to reuse an existing repo. Is there a way I can do that?

Today, you cannot create a CodeStar project using an existing GitHub repository from either our CLI or the console.
