There is no API to create a Greengrass core device. The device will be created automatically when it connects to AWS.
Setup the device using automatic provisioning: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/quick-installation.html Or manual provisioning: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/greengrass/v2/developerguide/manual-installation.html
