SNS: Unsubscribe Disabled Endpoints Of Push Notification

I use AWS SDK in .NET to unsubscribe any disabled endpoint and I depend on catching EndpointDisabledException to unsubscribe it. But SDK doesn't throw the mentioned exception when I publish messages to disabled endpoints and the behavior of AWS SNS as the following:

• My .NET App: publish message to a disabled endpoint.
• SNS: convert endpoint's status from Disabled -> Enabled.
• Mobile Client: No push notification is received.
• My .NET App: publish is successful.
• SNS: disable endpoint again.

How can I configure SNS to not enable/disable endpoints automatically?
