AWS Lambda unknow url - proxy server

Hi!
I'm reading the log file from my proxy server/squid and there is an unknown url from "lambda-url" from many and differents workstations/IP addresses.
So, Can anybody know what is this?

It looks like there is a Lambda function (or functions) that are trying to connect to your proxy server. Lambda is a multi-tenant solution and outbound network requests from Lambda functions share IP addresses so it's not possible in this forum to determine where it is coming from.
