Ubuntu EC2 stuck after migration to AWS

Question

I've recently tried to migrate Ubuntu 20 LTS instance to AWS, with Gitlab-CE installed.

After everything is complete, and EC2 is started, all health checks are fine, and security group & networking information is ok, but instance is unable to reach via ssh.

In EC2 Instance connect I'm seeing just this error, and counting for forever:
A start job is running for aws replication post convert.

Not sure what to do to start the instance, or to disable this post convert, for server to be able to start?
The instance was hosted on a virtual machine.
