Help Needed with Unity Game and AWS Database Connectivity

I've recently encountered an issue with my Unity game and AWS setup, and I'm hoping someone can shed some light on the situation. I have a Unity game and a website that both access my AWS database. To keep costs in check, I disabled my EC2 instance and auto-scaling for a while. However, after re-enabling them, I'm unable to log in or retrieve data from my database.

Here are the specific details of the problem:

Unity Game and Website: Both the Unity game and the website share the same AWS database for user authentication and data storage.

EC2 Instances: I temporarily disabled my EC2 instances and auto-scaling to reduce costs. However, upon re-enabling them, the database connectivity is now broken.

Login Issues: I am unable to log in to the game or the website. It appears that the login requests to the database are failing.

Data Retrieval: Additionally, the ability to retrieve data from the database for the game and website has been compromised.
