Can't get AWS CLI transcribe outputkey formatted correctly

aws transcribe start-transcription-job --region us-east-1 --transcription-job-name 22-000123CF --media MediaFileUri=s3://1910/22-000123CF/videoplayback.mp4 --language-code en-US --output-bucket-name 1910 --output-key 22000123CF --media-format mp4

These formats throw errors as well output-key 22000123CF outputkey 22000123CF/ output-key /22000123CF output-key 22000123CF/something.json I simply can't get this command to work in any format using the AWS CLI
