Are you attempting to create custom labels? If so, you may have possibly hit a service limit described in https://docs.aws.amazon.com/rekognition/latest/customlabels-dg/limits.html

Hello,

The error you are seeing is coming from the total number of images in the folders. The number of folders here are alright.

You can refer to this link for the limits on the number of images Custom Labels supports.

Maximum number of images per Object Location (detection) dataset is 250,000.

The limit for Asia Pacific (Mumbai) and Europe (London) AWS Regions is 28,000 images.

Maximum number of images per Objects, Scenes, and Concepts (classification) dataset is 500,000. The default is 250,000. To request an increase, see Create Case.

The limit for Asia Pacific (Mumbai) and Europe (London) AWS Regions is 28,000 images. You can't request a limit increase.

You can adjust the number of images in your dataset to be under the default limit. You can also request a limit increase if the AWS region allows for a limit increase.

Please let us know if you have other question.

Thanks
