[kill request] RDS snapshot stuck in creating for months with no options available

Hi there --

If someone could kindly kill cluster-snapshot:database-1-final-snapshot on our account that would be lovely.

It was created in April in us-east-1 and as far as I can tell there is absolutely nothing we can do to remove it as all actions are greyed out in the management console and API call:

aws rds delete-db-cluster-snapshot --db-cluster-snapshot-identifier=database-1-final-snapshot

returns:

An error occurred (InvalidDBClusterSnapshotStateFault) when calling the DeleteDBClusterSnapshot operation: Cannot delete the snapshot because it is not currently in the available or failed state.
